Volume
Wallin has developed a last with anatomically correct volume, which ensures that your feet have room. The extra space at the forefoot ensures increased comfort as there is no pressure on the feet from the sides, front or upper side of the shoe.
Rocker sole
Wallin’s experienced orthopedic shoemakers have developed an orthopedically correct rocker sole. The curved shape of Wallin’s rocker sole ensures a natural roll when walking. With this roll, the weight is distributed over the entire foot and the pressure on the joints of the foot is reduced.
Removable inlay soles
The Wallin shoe comes with an antibacterial inlay sole, which can be replaced with a specially adapted inlay sole if needed.. Under the inlay sole, a 3mm foam insole is included, which can be removed if there is a need to create even more volume in the shoe.

5 GOOD ADVICE FOR CHOOSING HEALTHY SHOES
It is important that you take care of your feet and choose healthy shoes, because free movement throughout your life is essential for the quality of life.
Your choice of footwear has a great impact on the rest of your well-being. Pain in the foot can also cause pain in the knee, hip and back.
Usually we do not notice the feet until challenges arise. Take care of your feet now – they will carry you through life.
There are several factors to consider when choosing the right healthy shoes for your feet:
1. SIZE – FIT
The shoe must have a fit that suits your feet. The shoes must not be too short nor too narrow. There must be room for you to spread your toes and lift your toes freely. Too small shoes are strictly forbidden. Unfortunately, many choose to wear shoes that are too high and pointed for a long time. It presses the foot and foot position together and can cause permanent damage to the foot.
2. HINDFOOT SUPPORT
Hold and support around the rear foot is very important to prevent the foot from sliding. Support and hold, together with a wide sole help to increase your balance. You should choose a solid, stable and enveloping heel cap.
3. THE SOLE
The sole should have a rocker sole, which helps you get ahead using as little energy as possible and relieves your joints and feet. A wide rocker sole ensures balance and distributes the pressure to the entire sole of your foot.
4. The HEEL
High heels stress the forefoot and over time they can cause a sunken forefoot or bunion. It is important that the foot is de-stressed. Wallin Shoes does not recommend wearing high heels if you want to ensure healthy feet.
5. INLAY SOLE
The inlay sole should be padded and preferably, with arch support and a good heel cup, which brings optimal support to the sole of your foot. You achieve the best possible relief and support for your foot with an inlay sole made from a 3D scan of your foot. You can advantageously choose a shoe, where the inlay sole can be removed and replaced with your own specially adapted inlay sole. Your orthopedist, podiatrist or bandage specialist can help you with your specially adapted inlay sole.
