Right of withdrawal

  • You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 days apply from the day the shoes are delivered.
  • Send an email with your wish to return the shoes. Email to be sent to info@wallin-shoes.com. We will send a return label that can be used to return the shoes.
  • We will contact you once we have received the shoes back regarding a refund.
  • A refund is conditional on the shoes being returned undamaged and in their original and undamaged packaging.
  • If the shoes have been used, it is not possible to get a refund. Wallin A/S will assess the shoes upon return. If we cannot refund the money, the shoes will be sent back to you.

Right to complain:

  • A 2-year right to complain is granted.
  • Should you be unfortunate enough to have received an incorrect or damaged item – you must complain within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days after receipt.
  • The right to complain also lapses in case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
  • In the event of a complaint, Wallin A/S must be contacted by email: info@wallin-shoes.com – with a clear description and photo documentation of the complaint, as well as documentation of the time of purchase.
  • Wallin A/S has up to 14 days processing time for complaints.
  • Complaints sent COD will not be accepted.
